Mark is a Director, Business Development at Taurus Private Markets, LLC, and is responsible for business development and client service activities of the firm.

Prior to joining Taurus Private Markets in January 2021, Mark was a Lieutenant with the Daytona Beach Police Department.  Mark served as a police officer for over 27 years before retiring in November 2020.  For 24 years, Mark also served as the Chairperson and Trustee of the Daytona Beach Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Fund.  During his tenure as Chairperson and trustee, the Daytona Beach Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Fund grew from $38 million to $223 million in assets.  Mark stepped down from the Daytona Beach Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Fund in December 2020.

Mr. Eisner has been a regular speaker at industry conferences around the country hosted by groups such as the National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS), Florida Public Pension Trustees Association (FPPTA), Georgia Association of Public Pension Trustees (GAPPT), and others.

Mark holds a bachelor's degree in Criminology from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Pension Trustee in the state of Florida.
